The Remote Management Server is responsible for maintaining client workstations' connection to the Remote Management Console, it's the core component of Rollback Rx RMC. Without the Remote Management Server, client workstations cannot connect to the RMC. Remote Management Server works as a Windows system service without any user interface, the service can be started, stopped or restarted within the Windows Control Panel->Services. Restarting Remote Management Server Service will fix most, if not all client connection related issues. To start or stop Remote Management Server Service:
 

1. Go to Control Panel->Administrative tools->Service.

2. Select the RMCServer service from the list of available services.
